Ring the Bell

Uncategorized Jun 06, 2020

Once a cancer patient finishes chemotherapy they get to ring a bell and everyone in the clinic cheers for them.

It’s a big deal to be done with that toxic, scary treatment. That bell means a new beginning. It means hope.

We are surrounded by many toxic things as we go through womanhood. Toxic relationships. Toxic childhoods. Toxic jobs. Toxic family. Toxic self image. Toxic media. I encourage you to pick one toxic thing you can “ring the bell” and be done with.

When you do this not only are you allowing hope in your life, but you are showing your daughter that you can be strong as a woman and leave toxic things behind.
